How to Return?

To return your Bote A Mano, all you need to do is to follow these simple steps:

  1. Send an email to support@bote-a-mano.com stating the reason of return or exchange with the order number available on your order confirmation email.
  2. Re-package the shoebox in the same way you have receive it and follow the instruction we will send you via email.

Returns Policy

Returned Items must comply with our return policy:

  • If the product is not satisfactory, you have all the rights to return it within 30 days after receiving the item
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging and must be completely unworn.
  • When trying on our footwear, please use carpeted clean surface to avoid marking the soles and make sure not to damage the shoe box. Please bear in mind that shoes with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a refund.
  • Returned items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and the cost will not refunded. In this case, customers will have the option of receiving the item back barring the cost of the shipment.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and accepted by our partner, your refund will be completed via the original payment method within 7 working days.

**Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and any duties or taxes paid upon delivery or return of the item will not be refunded.
**Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
