If by any chance, the product is not satisfactory, you have all the rights to return it within 30 days, except for any item purchased between November 16th to December 24th for which the return policy is extended to 60 days. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the original shoebox with the dust bag, and must be completely unworn. All shoes should be tried on on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and the cost will not be refunded. In this case, customers will have the option of receiving the item back barring the cost of the shipment.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON–REFUNDABLE AND ANY DUTIES OR TAXES PAID UPON DELIVERY OR RETURN OF THE ITEM WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

To return your Boté A Mano, all you need to do is to follow these simple steps:

- Send an email to email@example.com stating the reason of return or exchange with the order number available on your order confirmation email.
- Re-package the shoebox in the same way you have receive it and follow the instruction we will send you via email.
Refund on Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We don’t offer exchanges because we’ve found that the quickest way to get Boté A Mano back on your feet is for you to place a new order. This avoids delays and higher postage costs.
Therefore, all you need to do is to place a new order on site and send us back the original order by following the return instructions so we can process your refund.
