- We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom and Italy, depending on your location and product availability.
- Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
- Estimated delivery is within 5 business days.
- Shipping costs do not include duties and taxes. Where possible, we ship from within your region to help minimize additional charges.

Return Policy
We want you to love your order. If it's not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.
For EU and UK Customers
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at support@bote-a-mano.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Label: We will email you a prepaid return label. A €10 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Repackage: Place the item in its original condition with all packaging.
- Send It Back: Attach the label and return the item using the provided shipping method.
For International Customers (Outside EU and UK)
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at support@bote-a-mano.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Instructions: We will provide steps to return your item. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Repackage: Ensure the item is in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
- Return Shipping: Use a reliable shipping service of your choice at your own expense.
Return Guidelines
- 30-Day Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Original Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and include all original packaging.
- Footwear: Please try shoes on a clean, carpeted surface. Shoes with visible wear will not be accepted for refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection of returned items.
- For EU and UK returns, a €10 fee for the prepaid label will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping charges and any customs duties or taxes are non-refundable.
Exceptions for Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the full return shipping cost regardless of your location. Please contact us at support@bote-a-mano.com and we will arrange the return at no cost to you.
